These Official Rules govern the Good Dog Portrait Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules.

1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Dog & Whistle Pet Wellness Co., Las Vegas, Nevada (“Sponsor”). Questions may be sent to info@dogandwhistle.com with “Good Dog Portrait Giveaway” in the subject line. JCPenney Portraits is not a sponsor, administrator, or partner of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor purchased the prize independently.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited. The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable laws and regulations.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins October 9, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends October 31, 2026 at 5:59 p.m. PT. It consists of 23 daily entry periods, one each calendar day from October 9 through October 31. Each daily entry period begins at 5:00 p.m. PT and ends at 5:59 p.m. PT. Sponsor’s records are the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter

During a daily entry period, visit the official giveaway post on Instagram at @dogandwhistleco, follow the account, and comment with your pet’s name. Limit one (1) entry per person per daily entry period. A participant may enter on multiple days, subject to this limit. Entries must be submitted during the applicable window. No purchase is required. Automated, duplicate, late, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified. Instagram account requirements and platform availability apply.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, each participant releases Instagram from responsibility for the Sweepstakes. Questions should be directed to Sponsor, not Instagram.

5. Prize and Approximate Retail Value

One (1) winner will receive one standard JCPenney Portraits pet photography session for one pet and one standard printed portrait (10×13 inches or smaller). Digital images, additional pets or people, travel, shipping, and other products or services are not included. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $34.98, based on the posted $14.99 session fee for one pet and $19.99 standard print price. Actual availability and studio terms may vary; winner must schedule with a participating studio and follow its policies. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about November 3, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period and select one (1) potential winner. Sponsor will notify the potential winner by Instagram direct message using the account that submitted the winning entry. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours and may be required to confirm eligibility and provide information needed to arrange the prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not respond on time, Sponsor may select an alternate entrant at random. Sponsor’s decisions are final.

7. General Prize Conditions

Winner is responsible for any taxes and expenses not expressly listed as part of the prize. Prize details are subject to studio availability and restrictions. Sponsor makes no warranty regarding the prize and is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unused prizes. No more than the stated prize will be awarded.

8. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release Sponsor, Instagram, JCPenney Portraits, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, unavailable networks or platforms, late or lost entries, or unauthorized intervention affecting the Sweepstakes.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. If fraud, technical failure, or another event compromises the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel it and award the prize from eligible entries received before the action, as permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

10. Privacy

Information collected to administer the Sweepstakes will be handled under the Dog & Whistle Privacy Policy. Instagram comments are public and are also governed by Instagram’s terms and privacy policy.

11. Winner List

To request the winner’s first name and Instagram handle, email info@dogandwhistle.com with “Good Dog Portrait Giveaway Winner” in the subject line after November 3, 2026.
