How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Las Vegas Valley customers may qualify for local delivery — check your cart for options.

Do you ship frozen meals?

Yes. Fresh meals ship frozen with insulated packaging and dry ice. Transfer to your freezer immediately upon arrival.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Subscriptions

How do I manage my subscription?

Log in to your account at dogandwhistle.com to adjust delivery frequency, swap products, pause, or cancel anytime — no phone calls required.

Can I skip a delivery?

Yes. You can skip any upcoming delivery directly from your account dashboard.

Is there a commitment?

None. Cancel anytime before your next order processes.

Are Dog & Whistle meals complete and balanced?

Yes. All fresh meals are formulated to AAFCO standards by certified nutritionists.

How should I store my order?

Fresh meals: freeze immediately, move to fridge the night before serving, use within 2 days of thawing. Treats: store in a cool, dry place and reseal after opening.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products we can't accept returns, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect we'll make it right — no questions asked. Email info@dogandwhistle.com with your order number and a photo.
